From the beginning I liked the sleek look of this fridge, especially since freezer drawer didn't need a handle. Nice finish which stays clean & smudge free.Couldn't give it a 5 star rating because of the ice maker. It takes up about 25% of the freezer which makes absolutely no sense to me. I like fresh ice cubes so must turn off ice maker once per week.

Complete buyer remorse. Has not worked,since it was delivered. My cooler has more space than the freezer. The shelving in the fridge makes it hard to fit anything in it, or you can only use two of the three shelves. Pieces broke off the shelves when trying to adjust them. The control panel will not stop beeping, and the fridge light won't stay on. Would return it, but feel stuck since they took my old one away. When I called service on it, they tried to sell me another extended warranty. I have only had it for w week. How about cover the time i have to take off work to have a brand new appliance fixed.

We like the refrigerator. The only issues are that the freezer could have a little more space, partly because the icemaker is huge (tons of ice!). The handles also don't clean up as well as the body of the fridge.

Overall good - however our display inside the refrigerator is not working - PC Richards send the technician out to troubleshoot and he said the board was bad. However, he did not have a board on the truck with him to replace so it™€™s going to be another 10 days before he can get out here. I™€™m guessing I haven™€™t heard back from them yet as to the timing on it other than that the unit is working well

This was the only model where the water dispenser on the inside could still be used with one hand (versus having to use a second hand to push the dispenser button). I love the design of this fridge. We replaced a larger side-by-side fridge/freezer with this model, and somehow it feels like we have more fridge space now, definitely enough for our family of four. I like having the freezer on the bottom, and it's easy to see everything in it. The water dispenser on the inside is well situated and the filters are easy to replace. The pyramid-shaped ice cubes are perfectly sized for water bottles and my kids love them! My one complaint is the cheese drawer in the fridge can't pull out all the way. Other than that, a terrific product!
