This dishwasher has been installed two weeks, replacing an older model Bosch, also ADA-compliant for reduced height counters. So far we are pleased with its performance. The older model did not always get silverware clean in the back right corner of the third drawer. This new unit does not seem to have that problem. This new unit also seems to dry more thoroughly than the older one did. The only flaw we've noticed is that the third drawer sometimes catches when we pull it out. We are not sure why. It's a minor annoyance.

We love our new dishwasher! It is so quiet, and it cleans the dishes very well. It also holds more than our last dishwasher and takes less time to do the job. The only adjustment is that our taller glasses don't fit as well so we hand wash them. This is an excellent dishwasher.

We got the smaller ADA compliant version as we had clearance that didn't quite accomodate the full size dishwasher. We were pleasantly surprised at the capacity as it didn't really feel that much smaller as we are loading it. It does a great job washing and we have no complaints.

This dishwasher is awesome! The sleek design, silverware tray and multiple levels provide so many options. You can lower the holders and fit bigger items, what else can you ask for. I have had many different dishwashers in the past since we have a very large family and run a load sometimes 3 times a day. I always thought that having a bosch was over the top and too expensive. Both of those are false. This is the best functioning dishwasher I have ever owned. The dishes are pristine no matter how dirty they start out being. Every cycle cleans and sanatizes beautifully. I'm not crazy about the bottom rack set up and ended up buying a separate utensil holder for the spatulas and larger spoons that don't fit well on the top or middle racks. All in all I am VERY HAPPY with this Bosch Dishwasher. It was a little more than previous dishwashers that I have owned but the saying, "You get what you pay for" is 100% accurate. Jessie

Recently bought this for my condo and all my dishes have come out sparkly clean! The machine is relatively quiet compared to others. I would say if you have a bigger space, get a bigger machine, but if your space is limited like mine or you live with two or fewer people in the house, this machine will be great for you!

I bought this new dishwasher to replace my previous Bosch dishwasher which was 15 years old but still working. I thought that a newer model would be more efficient and it certainly is that. Everything comes out spotless and dry and it's so quiet that you barely know that it's running.

The machine cleans well.The racks, however, are problematic. The mechanism raising and lowering the upper rack is not user friendly. I had to go back to the store to have them show how to make it work and I still have issues. I will not be lowering it though because if it is in the lower position it does not allow for standard size dinner plates to fit in the lower rack without hitting the spray arm. Very disappointing. I had to buy this washer because it was the only one I could find small enough to fit my space.

I replaced my 2010 Bosch because it was no longer cleaning the glasses, which had soap suds in them; I was told I was lucky to get 15 years. My new 2025 Bosch has the same problem. Also, the new models are 2" shorter than the old models, leaving a 2" gap between the machine and the floor which the toe guard does NOT cover. More important: my dishes and glasses no longer fit no matter how I adjust the racks. The dishwasher cleans and is quiet, but I am most unhappy with the "improvements." And I believe the company needs to address the rinsing of the soap!

This dishwasher is supposedly highly rated and quite expensive for a middleclass homeowner. We have had several Bosch dishwashers over the years and had been very happy with them. We bought this one through the local Home Depot and had considerable negative issues with the delivery, installation and now operation of this one since July 2025. The local Home Depot contracts out for delivery and installation. The contract plumber shows up at the appointed time for installation which was a Saturday morning at 7:30am. He does some preliminary things to prepare for the installation but the delivery does not show up. Apparently, Bosch's factory/warehouse delivery to the local Home Depot warehouse did not happen and this was not communicated to me or to the installer. It took several weeks to get the installation rescheduled. When it did come to the house, a different Home Depot contract plumber was assigned but he indicated he was not familiar with the details of a Bosch install. It took him > 3 hours to do what should have been an hour the most installation. We have had one warrenty call on the unit because it does not clean or dry dishes properly. We are having to use dishwasher-specific salt and lots of drying agent. After several months of using it, most of the time, some dishes, glassware and silverware are not clean and are not dry. We are very disappointed with Bosch.

Being limited by my old house's countertop height, this was the best option to fit my space. Replaced my previous Bosch dishwasher which was about 16 years old. The new unit performs great, even the plastic items dry nicely using the Crystal Dry option. I use a quality detergent pod and a more eco-friendly rinse-aid. Built-in water softener is also a must have feature, as my city water is hard. Runs very quiet. I thought I would miss the external display timer, but the red light dot projected onto the floor works just as well. I like that the unit powers off automatically shortly after cycle is done. My advice - buy a Bosch if you want a quiet machine that does it's job very well - wash dishes! Always use a high-quality detergent and rinse-aid. Before starting a wash cycle, always rinse the filter, use the hot water tap at the sink where your dishwasher is connected to water line. This will purge the cold water from the line. And lastly, at least once every two months, use the machine's self cleaning cycle with the Finish Dishwasher Cleaner Liquid. It will keeps the inside looking as clean as the day you bought it.

I have only had this dishwasher for 1 day, but so far, my dishes have come out sparkling. If you go through the entire cycle, which is three hours long, they are also completely dry by the time it's finished.

New buyers should know that the newest models are 2" shorter than the older models. My dishes and glasses do not fit; I've bought smaller glasses. Very disappointing. Also, the new model, being 2" shorter doesn't reach the floor, leaving a space under the dishwasher. Just an FYI.

I live in an area of the US with very hard water, and wanted to upgrade my old dishwasher with one that included a built-in water softener. Of the very few brands available on the market with this feature, I chose the Bosch 800 Series dishwasher, and I could not be happier with my decision. The ADA model fits perfectly in my slightly-shorter-than-standard cut out space, and was easily installed by the professional who delivered the dishwasher. The owner's instruction manual tells you everything you need to know to run and program the cycles. This machine gets my dishes squeaky clean and has eliminated the dingy mineral build-up on my porcelain dishes. The folding tines provide accommodation for all manner of plates, bowls, and cookware. The upper rack, in addition to folding tines, includes two fold-down shelves that prevent plastic ware from flipping over, even without using the clever built-in clips to securely hold small items. The upper 3rd rack, amazingly, washes away even dried food particles such as egg yolk and melted cheese from knives and cooking utensils. The CrystalDry technology is a genius innovation that works so well everything comes out perfectly dry with no blast of steam when the door is opened at the end of the cycle. The app tells me that during the month of October, energy consumption was an average of 0.65 kWh per cycle, with an average water consumption of 2.6 gallons per cycle, making it extremely energy efficient and water-conscious. And it truly is so quiet that I cannot hear it running. It seems silly to gush over something so utilitarian as a dishwasher, but when a manufacturer actually "gets it right" on all levels, they deserve to be applauded.

I needed to purchase an ADA compliant dishwasher to replace a 16 year-old dishwasher at my vacation home due to counter height restrictions. I had no hesitation choosing a Bosch because I already owned an 800 series Bosch dishwasher at my primary residence. This ADA model is nearly identical except for size, which is barely noticeable except for the 3rd rack on top not being adjustable. The performance is superb and it's so quiet I wasn't sure it was working the first time I turned it on. Dishes come out sparkling. I've owned several other brands of dishwashers and Bosch far surpasses all.

The Bosch dishwasher was expensive but it was the only one I could find that would adjust to the height of the space undercounter. I also was attracted to the push buttons on top of front door. Didn't really like the newer style selection flexible plastic buttons. I'm learned how to utilize the less than great dish racks. And despite reading the user's guide haven't really figured out how to select some settings. The guide could be improved.

I put a lot of time into researching this purchase yet it still was not enough. We purchased this ADA compliant dishwasher because my countertop is not tall enough for the 33 7/8" needed for the standard models. But it is still bigger than our old dishwasher and the performance is an amazing difference. Our dishes now always come out clean and dry. We had stopped putting some plastic items into our old dishwasher because they were getting cracked from the heat but, with this dishwasher we started putting them in again and zero issues so far. It is also SUPER QUIET, the most noise you will hear is from water filling and draining. When this dishwasher is running it shines a small red light on the floor so you know it is on because otherwise, you would not know because it is so quiet. We also started using Finish Ultimate packets and Finish JetDry because it was the Bosch recommended product for their dishwashers and it works FANTASTIC! We had been using Cascade Platinum and Cascade power dry for years, and we thought that was the best but, the Finish products work better with this dishwasher. If you get a Bosch dishwasher, I highly recommend you give your Cascade stuff away to a friend or family member and get the Finish stuff and never look back. I will say there are some things I wish were clearer about this dishwasher prior to purchase. It was not clear that the fill line is a proprietary hose that is connected to the system and requires you to have an opening between cabinets big enough to fit this hose which has an inline filter/strainer that is about 2x2". You do not need a standard supply line for this, all hoses needed are included. This was not clearly explained in the online documents. They also did not clearly explain that this dishwasher has a water softener and that using it (by adding special salt) is critical to the performance of the appliance. The salt/softener works great, do not skip this, use it, look up your water hardness rating in your area online and set the settings as explained in the manual. Your local store might not have the salt available but, look online like Amazon maybe and get the salt, I recommend the Finish brand salt too. The mounting clips also leave a bit to be desired; I had some difficulty with my DIY installation getting the unit properly aligned and leveled and the mounting clips would have been better/easier to use if they had more options. The Bosch dishwashers all come with a 5' cord with a standard wall plug. If you are switching from a hardwired system, I strongly recommend you just get the Bosch conversion kit for $20, all the retailers that sell Bosch sell them also, and it is easier and cheaper than putting in an outlet in the area. Even if you are good with electrical DIY, you'll quickly see that by the time you buy a box and a decent receptacle and cover plate, you already spent $20 bucks and the conversion kit is still easier to mount and hookup. The phone app works okay; it is not the easiest or most user-friendly app but it is sufficient for the average person. But overall, I easily give this appliance 5-stars, the best dishwasher I have ever owned or used.

First time install of a Dishwasher and it went pretty smoothly. My only issue with the instructions was the vague description of which screws to use where. I think the instructions basically assume a "professional" will do the install. Other than that, the dishawasher is very simple to operate and its very quite.

My only regret is we didn't buy it sooner. Quiet, amazing we can actually run it with guests without being annoyed. It cleans and dries amazing and the 30 minute quick wash for light loads is perfect and used often. The light on the floor is brilliant and needed to remember its running. The othere's don't need a light cuz they are so load you know they're running! Haha Enough said!

Due to space constraints, we had limited options for a new dishwasher. While we were concerned that it seemed so small, this Bosch has been great. With adjustable racks and a extra rack for smaller items, we can pack quite a bit in it. And everything comes out sparking, far cleaner than our old one. Also appreciate the light projected on the floor to show you it's on, because it's so quiet it's impossible to tell.

I am impressed with the quality of this dishwasher. Installation was a learning experience. So different from the previous dishwasher. The engineering of the new dishwasher is top notch. I being a maintenace manager for eight years will never purchase another brand ever again. The Bosch diswasher is not cheap. As the old saying goes you get what you pay for. One more thing if not for the red light reflecting off the floor you would never know it was on!!!! That is how quiet the dishwasher is.

I did extensive reading in the install manual before purchasing this dishwasher so I could be as prepared as possible for the installation. It was not enough... The install directions are unclear on several things. The instructions tell you to cut a 3.5"x2.5" access hole but, it does not clearly explain that this is because the water supply line is a proprietary hose that's already attached, and has an integrated filter/strainer that is 3.5" tall, and it comes with an adapter to connect direct to the water line, thus a standard supply line hose is not needed. Explaining this would have been very useful to know but, it does not clearly show this in the manual and furthermore the entire water inlet install section says too much about soldering and plumbing codes and says nothing at all about actually connecting the attached hose to the included adapter and then your water line, as if they just forgot to include that. The steps in general seem to be in an illogical order so I was going back and forth a lot but earlier on it says to remove the rubber apron from the top of the unit and install on the front of the unit but, mine was already installed on the inside of the door. There was also a single card included that is separate from the install manual, it shows a picture of a counter cut-out that shows it is 23 7/8" wide and a caption that just says "less than" and then it shows a picture of you either installing or removing the rubber trim, maybe installing it differently, I really am not sure because the picture is so unclear and so ambiguous I really am unsure about what it is telling you to do and because my cut-out is larger I just ignored it because there were too many other things I was trying to understand about the install instructions. The mounting bracket instructions, the scenarios, and details about the force distributors, all vague and leave some things to question. There's also another insert with the basket support mount that shows to install these three plastic clips in the middle rack, we have no idea what these are for, we put them in and stood there pondering what in the world they are for, we came up with several ideas of what they are for and none seemed to make much sense, even if it showed what they are called that may have gave as a clue about their true purpose, will have to look on YT or something to figure out what they do. The user manual is just as bad, we reread the section about the water softening system like 5 times..., we decided we should get some salt as our water hardness is at 15 and the manual says it is required above 9, we had to order it online as no local stores seem to sell it. It reads: "...you can use special dishwasher salt to soften the water...if the salt refill indicator lights up, add salt just before the cycle starts...the amount depends on the water hardness...detergent may damage the water softening system...special salt for dishwashers can damage the tub due to corrosion...to make sure that any special salt that escapes is washed out of the tub, add the salt to the dispenser immediately before the program starts." What is this saying? Detergent can damage the softening system, the salt can damage the tub, adding salt right before the "program starts" ensures excess salt gets washed out? And if the salt refill indicator lights up, add salt "just before the cycle starts". It says nothing about how to avoid detergent damaging the softening system, it mentions to add salt "right before" cycle/program but it has a salt "refill" indicator light so, we don't understand if you just fill the salt and refill when it lights or only add salt each time you use it, because it suggests both to be the case. And how much salt? It says that it depends on the water hardness...but makes no mention of how to determine how much salt to dispense. Or do you just fill it up and based on the softener setting it automatically uses the right amount. Why can't they just say in plain writing if the salt needs to be put in for each wash cycle or if you just fill it up and refill it when the light comes on...why does it need to include all this unclear cryptic nonsense. I really cannot post much about how well this washer is at washing dishes because we are still trying to figure out how to get it up and running. I don't know if the manuals were transcribed from another language to English or if they just don't proof read it before publishing it, or if it's the same manual for all models and it is just so generalized that it makes it really hard to interpret for your exact model but, it is now the most confusing instructions I have ever read for any product I have ever owned.
